PixelConfig: Config files from pixel devices were present on our all packages since the beginning. But now it is separate from core gapps installation and stored inside the "tar_extra" directory of gapps zip, which means it can be skipped through gapps-config. But the method is not like skipping a normal gapps file installation. read section: "Notes (gapps-config) > values for Extra List (Optional List)" below for more details
PixelConfig and gapps-config are totally different. gapps-config is used to customize the installation; on the other hand, PixelConfig (included in gapps zip) contains some pixel-exclusive files that helps to enable pixel-exclusive features like unlimited photos upload. So both are totally different.

Notes (gapps-config):
How to use:
In order for this config file to work, both, the FlameGApps ZIP and this config file must be placed in the same directory or place the gapps-config inside internal storage (/sdcard)
Avoid folder names that contain spaces in their name, for instance: use a folder name like "Google_Apps" instead of "Google Apps"

Explaining values for "GApps List":
1 = App will be installed
0 = App installation will be skipped
The default value is: 1

Explaining values for "Extra List (Optional List)":
1 = App/File/Config/Props will be installed
0 = Will not be installed (default)
If the gapps-config is not present, files inside this list will not be installed anyway.
Note: Currently, the Extra/Optional list contains the PixelConfig file only. Installing this file is not recommended for non-pixel devices.
